At Untead, we take pride in the quality of our tea and the care that goes into every product. Because our instant tea powder is considered a food item, all sales are final unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. However, we do offer a special first-order guarantee for registered customers.

1. First Order Guarantee (Registered Customers Only)

We understand that trying a new product is a leap of trust. That’s why we offer a one-time “Love It or It’s On Us” refund for first-time customers with a registered Untead account.

Eligibility:
 • Available only to customers who have created an account before placing their first order.
 • Applies only to the first order placed through the official Untead website.
 • Refund applies to one box only, regardless of the total quantity purchased in the first order.
 • No product return is required.

How to claim:
 • Submit your refund request within 7 days of receiving your order.
 • Provide your order number and a short explanation of your experience.

This policy is designed to make your first Untead experience worry-free, while ensuring fairness for all.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a damaged product, incorrect item, or missing contents, we’re here to help.

How to report:
 • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
 • Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos where applicable.
 • We will provide a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

3. General Return Policy

Due to food safety regulations and product integrity concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason outside of product defects or our First Order Guarantee.
